Heyyo minna, it’s Ryuuji Tatsuya!
Every day, I see all these amazing bloggers and YouTubers trying to do different things to bring about a new change in their respective blogs or channel. Well, I try to make sure my contents gets a new tag too but I dunno how good I have been in achieving that till now (I mean, this blog is only 1 and a half year old…. Why am I speaking as if it’s been a really long time?).
Anyways, the point is, these last few weeks I was really worried about what I should do next. Should I write another review? Or try to come up with a new anime related post? Or just start a new challenge? Sadly, I wasn’t able to decide on any of them.
That’s when I decided to come up with something new for this blog and well, here I am.
So basically, this is going to be a monthly blog post (Yeah, monthly! So that I can post one on 31st and the second on 1st because why dafck not?), where I will be telling you guys about how it has been in my real life.
I decided to add a ‘Personal life-ish’ touch to my purely anime based blog; I guess it can be a good change of pace. Now that you guys are aware with what’s going on, let’s not waste any more time and get right into it!
Let’s start off with the first day of my school after my much desired holidays; everyone could tell by seeing my face that I was NOT happy with the holidays ending so soon. I mean come on, I was waiting since November for this one week holiday and it only lasts 14 minutes? WTF!
I’m serious, I was walking (I mean… galloping) back from school when the holidays started and as soon as I got home and laid on my bed saying, “Now I can sleep as much I want”
It was over and my mom was telling me to wake up and go to school.
Well anyways, I guess it was good seeing my classmates once again; yes, those boring faces who, I’m sure, are mocking my existence in their mind (Since I sure am) were there once again. I swear to God, that day was one of the most boring days ever!!!! But just when I thought this day couldn’t get any worse, our ‘Amazing’ class teacher declared that she will be taking quizzes of each and every chapter that week, as a preparation for our examinations starting on 29th.
ARE YOU F**CKING KIDDING ME???!!!!
Seriously what’s wrong with teachers? Were they trained in some kind of institutes as to how to make a student cry blood? Who even takes quizzes just the day after the holidays ended?
Fortunately, the quizzes weren’t that bad and I managed to get decent marks in them (Decent enough to get my parents to sign them without any lecture).
Well now let’s move on to something else that happened.
On 10th Jan, one of my classmates invited me for his birthday party (Now don’t think I’m really chummy with him….. He’s a rich brat who was inviting everyone). So the party was ok and I was able to get a good meal and a big piece of cake at the cost of one cheap pen covered in a good box.
Nah, I’m just kidding, I gave him a photo frame (Still cheap and useless tho). But now you know why no one invites me to parties, I just give a cheap ass present, sit silently in a corner, eat some cake and just leave as soon as I’m done (Without even telling anyone).
I need to change…
Four days after that, we celebrated the ‘Makar Sankranti’. It’s basically the day when the Tropic of Cancer officially passes over India, marking the departure of winter and the arrival of spring. LOL! Departure of winter; if anything, it’s been even more cold ever since that day.
Anyways, so according to Indian Bengali traditions, we cook sweet dishes and other foods and offer them before good, praying for a good spring and summer.
I tried to make ‘Kheer’ for the first time ever and it actually turned out to be pretty good. I’m happy that I was able to pull off such a difficult recipe at first try, but well……… I’m awesome XD
After that nothing that special really happened and before we knew, it was already 22nd Jan.
Today, I went to get a few things from the convenience store nearby. So when I was at the billing section, this happened.
Staff: That will be 110 Rs……… without tax *Smiles*
Me: *Sees him smile* Ah! Here you go *Smiles back*
Staff: Hehe… *Takes the money* Why did you smile?
Me: (To be polite? I have no reason to smile) Ah it’s normal..
Staff: I know why you smiled *Refering to his joke that I didn’t understand at all*
Me: Then you don’t have to ask *Extends hand to get the remaining money back*
Staff: Oh I know I’m funny…. It’s in my genes *Still not returning the money*
Me: Hehehe…. (JUST GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY SO THAT I CAN LEAVE!!!!!)
To end things, I have only one week to prepare for exams and to be honest: I don’t know sh*t! I wonder how I’m going to pass; last minute cramming is all I can do now.
That’s it for today! Please do share how you felt about this idea of mine in the comments below and if you have something you want to share then let me know about that too! Until then, I hope you guys have a great time and as always, thanks for reading!
