30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 30)

Konbanwa minna and welcome to the Last post of this 30 Days of Anime Challenge. Yes, the last one! *Throws petals everywhere* Thank you all for keeping up with my posts, I wouldn’t have made it this far if only it wasn’t for you guys. So, let’s not waste any more of our time and enthusiasm and end the challenge.

An Anime That You Wished Would Never End:

What a perfect topic for today’s post! It’s said that all beautiful things come to an end, just like my awesome Anime Challenge posts (#SWAG……… Jk tho). But honestly, there are some anime series out there which we always wished for it to never end. Well, I won’t be writing about how I wished for Naruto or DBZ to never end, no sire; but instead I will be writing about some small series which didn’t get much season but would have been awesome if it just continued.

First on the list is ‘Sket Dance’. Well for someone who desperately tries to be a good comedian and binge watches comedy series like there’s no tomorrow, this series just had to make the cut. Sket Dance is one of those series which was funny as hell, really long and showed some chance of continuation. But, since there are many reasons for it to not get any continuation series, I couldn’t help but wish for it to get more and more seasons for the rest of my life. I would do anything if I could keep watching that awesome comedy series. Is there anyone who could support me on that?

Then, we have ‘Hyouka’ in this short list. Well, there are many detective and thriller series out there which surely have had cases even more trickier and fun than this series, but the reason I chose it over the others was because of the fact that, it cannot get boring. In most of the thriller anime, there is one absolute villain set to cause destruction and stuff to the world. But in this series, it was just a bunch of high schoolers (Well, 4 actually) trying to solve some small cases which are tricky yet fun. Actually, it would be fun to see them complete cases and continue their passive romance story as long as I am alive.

And with that, I, Ryuji Tatsuya, finally end this 30 Days of Anime Challenge’. Thank you all so much for accompanying me in this journey, especially Acacia and Karandi. It was fun and I’m sure the fun will escalate even more as I continue blogging and do even more challenges. Be sure to tell me your answer for this topic as usual, in the comments below. Thanks for reading guys! See you soon!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 29)

Hello everybody, it’s Ryuji Tatsuya with the 29th post of the ’30 Days of Anime Challenge’. Wow, finally! I mean, after all that gaps in middle, I’m finally here, writing the second last post of the challenge 2 days before it’s supposed to end. Well, I guess we should not wait another second and complete the challenge. Let’s go!

An Anime World Where You Wanted To Live:

Alright, so the topic for today has been asked a lot of times in many social platforms. Well, no matter how many people say about living in the world of Titans, Ghouls or Game, let’s be honest, if we were in such a world, we would be cursing ourselves for even thinking of living there. So, after thinking for a while, I decided to live in a place that will be comparatively safer and fun.

Image result for naruto shippuden great ninja war wallpapers

I would love to live in the world of Shinobis or Ninjas. Yes, you guessed it right; I would rather live in the Naruto series instead of the worlds of Tokyo ghouls or AOT or some even more creepy series like that. Just think about it, if you were living in the world of Ghouls, you would get eaten by ghouls any day and if it was the world of titan, well…… same fate XD. But if you were in a world of ninjas, you’re life isn’t in that big of a danger (That being said some badass villain from Akatsuki will come and wipe out your village at any time…….. but that happens). What’s more is that you can learn so many awesome moves and stuff. Imagine, you wanna warm your tea and you don’t have enough gas, what you gonna do? Simple……… Katon! Gokyaku no Jutsu!!! (That shit will be pretty awesome)

And with that, I’m gonna end my first blog of the last day (That sounded different). Be sure to leave your answer to this topic in the comments below and if you are one of those who would rather live in the world of ghouls, titans or any other creepy place like that, tell me why. Thanks for reading!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Day 28)

Konnichiwa minna and welcome to the second post of the 30 Days of Anime Challenge. Today, I will be writing the post a little bit differently from the other posts I have written so far. Let’s see the difference.

Favourite Anime Quotes:

Anime is special for many reasons and one of those many reasons is its amazing quotes. I have to admit sometimes they sound cheesy and are used to stretch a fight scene or end an episode to keep suspense for the next episode, but they hold really high value and life lessons. That’s why it’s a little unfair to write about only one favourite quote when there are tons of them available. So today, I will be writing about my top 10 favoruite anime quotes. Let’s see what these are.

  1. “If you win, you live… If you lose, you die… If you don’t fight, you can’t win..
Image result for famous anime quotes
  2. “It’s alright, I can stand up again by myself…. Even if I’m all alone, I will survive”
Image result for famous anime quotes
  3. “You can’t ever win if you are always on the defensive……. To win, you have to attack!”
Image result for famous anime quotes
  4. “I would rather trust and regret, rather than doubt and regret.”
Image result for famous anime quotes
  5. And my favourite…..
“Fake people have an image to maintain… Real people, just don’t care.”

And with that, I’m gonna end this post for today. Thank you all for reading and be sure to share your favourite quote with me!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 27)

Hai domo, virtual blogger Tatsuya Ryuji desu! (That’s a legit original af intro XD) Welcome to what might be the second last day of my ‘30 Days of Anime Challenge’. We have sure come a long way in the past month and now, let’s not break the momentum and get right into it!

Most Badass Scene By An Anime Character:

We have got really great and philosophical topics in the end parts, it’s gonna be fun answering them. So, today the topic is the most badass scene by any anime character. Well we have to admit that there are millions and millions of badass scenes (It’s like Anime is the center of Badass culture) and thanks to the huge amount, I have been able to choose two scenes which was able to send chill down my spines. Let’s check those scenes out!

Firstly we have the ending scene from the third season of ‘Naruto’. Well it’s a scene delivered by not one but three characters. In the ending of Episode 124 when Lee, Shikamaru and XXXX were cornered by enemy and might have been defeated, thus entered 3 shinobis from the Hidden Sand Village. Yes, the elite sand trio; Gaara, AAAA and BBBB. That scene was really badass, with the 3 villains asking who they are (Each was in different locations, of course) and they individually answered, “Allies of the leaf village”, “We are shinobis”, “From the Sand”. The end collage of the 3 villain vs 3 rescue shnobis was just awesome.

Dat scene tho~

The next scene is one from the first season of a critically acclaimed anime ‘Durarara’ (I hope that’s the correct amount of ra). It’s from Episode 3 when Mikado met Izaya for the first time. Well, at that time Sonohara was getting bullied by some girls and  in a clichéd way (As Kida mentioned) and thus entered Izaya and after some words, he scared off the girls and one ‘Boyfriend who is in dollars’ by…………. Stepping on one of the girls’ cell. THAT’S SO COOL!! There’s a reason why everyone likes that guy and this is one of the reason, showing hostility in the most passive way possible. Clearly, Badass!

And with that I’m gonna end first my badass post of the day. Be sure to tell me which scene was badass for you, in the comments below. Thanks for reading!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 26)

Namaste and welcome to the last post of the day for the ‘30 Days of Anime Challenge’. After missing out on the previous day, these posts were sure fun to write. To end this day, we have one pretty basic action related topic. What is that? Let’s see.

Best Anime Fight Scene:

I hope all of you know by now that I don’t really like action anime series and one of the main reasons for that is it’s looooooooooooooooooooooong battle scenes and cheesy dialogues that are used during those scenes. However, thanks to one underrated anime (Which I really like), I finally have a fight which I really enjoyed.

As I mentioned before in this post as well as in the second post of the day, I really like ‘Tokyo Ravens’. It excelled in some pretty good areas but then it again fell short of popularity and there’s now only 5% chance for it to get a second season. But for me, this anime is maybe the only magical combat anime which I really enjoyed and that’s the reason that this series is being mentioned yet again in my post. Coming back to the topic, I really enjoyed the fight between XXXX (Ze Kakashi-type Lazy and awesome teacher) and D (Ze Villain). The fight lasted for only one episode but I don’t think I could mention even a second where I felt bored. Dialogues were used, but it didn’t seem to be unnecessary. As for the magical combat, the hymns and the creepiness of D………. 10/10. It’ll be tough for me to find another fight scene which is so compact yet action packed at the same time.

With that note, I’m gonna end this segment and call it a day. Phew *Wipes sweat* be sure to tell me about your favorite anime fight, in the comments below. Thanks for reading!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 25)

Hello everyone, welcome to another post of the ‘30 Days of Anime Challenge’ by one and only (Weird af guy) Ryuji Tatsuya. This is the third post that I’m publishing and just like the one I published before, this one also has a sad element to it. What a great way to reminisce all those forgotten pain.

Saddest Anime Death:

Most of the tragic and sad anime series or film out there delivers shock and depressing af plot to us in 3 steps; First, they make us see a possible story which is so beautiful and happy that at times it seems unbelievable, then they take the story to a point where we technincally beg for the story to get even more happy and the protagonists to be even more successful, and then at last they bring out their weapon which has been the cause of depression in the real world too, to completely destroy our small and happy eden, and that weapon is called  ‘This is life! Deal with it!’. Today we will be talking about a series where this little weapon made us cry over and over again and made me cry my eyeballs off in a particular death, gaining the title of the Saddest anime death from me.

For those who are new in this community, ever heard of ‘Clannad’? If you have and watched it then continue reading, if you haven’t then stop reading because the spoilers will make you avoid this amazing series. Anyway, let’s continue. Clannad has always been an anime which has made us cry or has at least moistened our eyes somehow. This anime made me cry in many scenes but one of the deaths made me so sad that I didn’t eat anything properly for almost two days. Yes, the death of Nagisa was just too much for me. Not only was that death shocking af, but also sad af. I mean, all Tomoya wanted was a happy household, and after all these moments when he finally got what he needed, the anime creator used his ‘This is life! Deal with it!’ weapon and snatched away everything from him in a split second. Tch…… Life….. Why do you do this???

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand with that, I’m gonna end this segment without saying anything else as my heart has already started to ache. Be sure to tell me about the saddest death for you, in the comments below (If you want to relive your sadness once again). Thanks for reading my gloomy post!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 24)

Good day to all of you, It’s Ryuji Tatsuya with the second post of the day for the ‘30 Days of Anime Challenge’. Today, the topic we’re gonna talk about has some pretty shocking spoilers, so If you don’t want to be spoiled, don’t read this post! You have been warned~

Most Shocking Moment In An Anime:

When I saw this topic for this post I thought, “Was there any moment when I was shocked?” and to find the answer I went through all possible nominees, basically the sad anime like ‘Your lie in April’, ‘Kimi no na wa’ and some sports one like ‘Haikyuu S1’and stuff. However, I more or less knew what is gonna happen in all these anime. But the one series I chose for this segment shocked me not only once but today again too. What is that anime? Keep guessing. (Hint: It’s an underrated one)

The anime series that had the most shocking scene for me, is a little underrated series called ‘Tokyo Ravens’. I have talked about this anime many times in my previous blogs, because I really liked it and maybe I would be the happiest person on Earth if it got its much needed second season. But today, what I’m gonna talk about is something that happened in episode 20. I just randomly clicked on this episode and I was watching the scenes where Harutora was forced to wear the Raven cape and he got berserk and all and then I remembered the horrific shock that I received when I watched it for the first time. There was this scene after the one I mentioned where Natsume jumped off from sky (While riding her Pegasus K) at Harutora and kissed him to remove the seal that was limiting his powers. However, while doing so, she got hit a couple of times with his berserk mode attacks. I was actually thinking that it won’t be a big deal cause the injuries didn’t seem to be fatal. But then BOOM! She died. Yeah, I know right….. WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF???????!!!!!!!! Probably the biggest shock I got in my anime watching career.

And with that I’m gonna end this shocking second post of the shocking Anime Challenge. Be sure to tell me your most shocking moment in anime, in the comments below. Thanks for shockingly reading this blog!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 23)

Hello everyone, It’s Ryuji Tatsuya with the ‘30 Days of Anime Challenge post’. Last day, I wasn’t able to post my double blog, so today I will be posting 4 blogs to make up for it. (Yeah, it’s gonna be fun)

Favourite Anime Attack:

The topic that we’re gonna discuss today is pretty cool; your favourite attack in an anime. Now, the attack that I love is pretty mainstream, maybe because it’s the main attack of the protagonist, but still, it’s freaking awesome! Any guesses which attack I’m gonna talk about?

The fight move that I love is from a hyper mainstream anime, ‘Naruto’, and I think it should be pretty obvious by now; I’m talking about the move ‘Rasengan’ (Pretty normal, right?) Well I’m sure that there are people who like the Genjutsus of Itachi, Sasuke, Madara or other Uchihas, but the reason I love Rasengan is that it was created by Minato (I LOVE MINATO!! #NoHomo) the way Minato uses the Rasengan is almost fabulous and let’s admit it, he’s cool af! Why would anyone ever not like that guy? He’s so cool and his moves are so much cooler that I wonder why there isn’t a series for him…… I think he’s better than Boruto -.- Anyway, the Rasengan, in game, deals 30 XP damage normally but the Ultimate move deals a huge a** damage of 140 XP! No wonder I would love this move. (I liked that move so much, that I practiced it on my friend’s tree……. Only to get creeped out stares from his family)

And with that, I’m gonna end this segment of the Anime Challenge post. Be sure to tell me which anime attack you love, in the comments below. Thanks for reading!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 22)

Hi! (Best intro evahhhhhh ~(^o^)~) Welcome to the second post of the day for the ‘30 Days of Anime Challenge’. Today we will be talking about something which makes us go, “Whoa! I wish I had something like that.”

Favourite Anime Gear, Weapon or Armour:

Mecha or action anime series are known for their epic CG scenes when a battle gear or weapon is concerned. Even though it is said that a weapon reaches its ultimate height only when it falls in the hand of a good user, we gotta admit the fact that some of them are really awesome. Now, before I say anything about my favorite please remember the fact that I’m an absolute noob in action anime and that’s why my answer will be kind of limited.

Image result for kirito's swords

My favourite weapon will be the couple blade that Kirito uses, Dark repulser and Elucidator. Yeah I know that it sounds too noob, but I really like them. (I actually like swords more than guns). The way he handles the two is absolutely fantastic and he truly deserves the title of ‘The awesomely overpowered guy’ given by The Anime Man -_-. But yeah, sometimes I wished that I had those swords and could use them like he does. Just how freaking cool that would be!

And with that I’m gonna end the post for today. Wew, 22 posts, 8 more to go. Be sure to tell me what your favourite anime gear/weapon is, in the comments below. Thanks for reading!

30 Days of Anime Challenge (Post 21)

Hi minna; it’s Ryuji Tatsuya with another post of the ‘30 Days of Anime Challenge.’ After much strain, I finally got time to post this and since I have nothing else to say right now, LET’S GET RIGHT INTO IT!!

Favourite Goofy Anime Character:

So today’s post is about the best goofy anime character. In almost all anime series out there, there has to be at least one goofy character to apply comical relief. Now from all those characters, it’s actually a little hard to pick one (And it gets even harder when you don’t like them K) But still I finally was able to select two. Who that might be? Let’s see.

Image result for matsuda death note funny

The first one in the list is Matsuda from ‘Death Note’. The reason I chose him, even though his role wasn’t that big, is because of his certain scenes. He was successful in portraying a novice idiot of the task force who is really eager to prove his worth but all he is asked to do is either make tea or coffee or become Misa’s manager. His role was even more clarified in a special episode ‘Matsuda’ where he was shown screwing up but his common sense and some wit was also displayed. A true goofy character is someone who slacks off or releases the tension of the series but has a main role as a key element of the story; Matsuda seems to do the trick in the ending (Which I won’t be talking about because spoilers)

Image result for kise ryouta

Secondly, we have Kise Ryouta from ‘Kuroko no Basuke’ (I just don’t understand why most of the goofy characters are blonde). The thing with Kise is that he completes the criteria of a good goofy character which I mentioned before; Relaxing role most of the time……… Serious af when needed. He is usually shown as someone who is friendly, a little proud about his looks and skills and with a happen of adding –cchi with names. But to be honest, he was able to blow off my mind in his first game and made us think that if he is the weakest of them all, then how strong the others are. In the third season, he was able to give a tough fight to Serin and that match was my second favourite KnB match of the series (God that was a good match).

And with that I will be ending my first post for tonight. Be sure to tell me who is a good goofy character according to you, in the comments below. Thanks for reading!
